Revenue Operations Analyst

Your mission
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be our first hire on the team and have a mission to bring a data-driven framework to our customer success, sales, finance, and marketing teams to maximize impact and efficiency to ensure smooth business performance. 
You will empower the teams with meaningful data and insights, run day-to-day operations that keep teams running smoothly and automate analyses to drive further efficiency.

What you’ll be doing
  • Mapping and updating processes and identifying areas for optimisation across the full customer journey (Inbound marketing and outbound sales processes)
  • Using the process mapping and insights, supporting the improvement of data flows across many functions: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Product usage with Salesforce as the hub (ex. HubSpot, Outreach, salesforce & BI tools etc)
  • Supporting the core team by creating and maintaining reliable reports on forecasting, revenue, and metrics
  • Ensuring the integrity of data that flows into our systems. Document data flows standard operating procedures to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the customer teams’ processes
  • Conducting data analyses and providing analytical expertise to identify problems, model solutions, and help the company with strategic planning and goal setting
  • Work cross functionally as a thought partner with sales, marketing, customer success/ support, and product teams to help them rapidly execute and iterate
What you’ll bring
  • Experience in revenue operations within fast-growing SAAS business 
  • Data Driven– being able to connect data from disparate sources 
  • Extensive knowledge on implementation of new processes and automating and generating insights from existing and new tools. 
  • Proven track of working with fast growing and high performing teams
  • Extensive knowledge of tools in which you can extract relevant reporting / forecasting and analytical data (HubSpot/ Outreach / Salesforce etc)
