As a Medior Product Designer, you are a core contributor within the Intigriti Product team, owning design work end-to-end across key product areas. You translate complex product and business problems into clear, usable, and elegant experiences for our hacker community, customers, and prospects.
You operate with increasing autonomy: partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering to define the right problems to solve, exploring multiple solution paths, validating with users, and delivering high-quality UI and interaction design.
You contribute to our design system and standards, help raise the bar for craft and consistency, and foster a constructive feedback culture through thoughtful critique and collaboration.

Your mission
What you’ll be doing
- Lead design for features or product modules from discovery through delivery (problem definition, flows, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI).
- Partner with Product Managers to shape scope and approach, clarify success criteria, and provide strategic input on prioritization and trade-offs.
- Plan and conduct user research (generative and evaluative), synthesize insights, and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
- Design intuitive experiences for complex SaaS workflows (dashboards, settings, data-heavy interfaces), including edge cases, empty states, and error states.
- Collaborate closely with engineers throughout the build cycle, ensuring feasibility, clear handoff, and strong UX QA.
- Actively contribute to the design system by identifying gaps, proposing new components/patterns, and improving documentation.
- Communicate design rationale effectively to cross-functional stakeholders; facilitate alignment through clear narratives and prototypes.
- Maintain a market and product awareness to inform design patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in (and help elevate) design critique, feedback loops, and best practices across the Product & Engineering org.
What you’ll bring
- Experience designing products in a fast-scaling SaaS environment, with strong end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery.
- Strong UX fundamentals (problem framing, user journeys, information architecture, interaction design) paired with excellent UI craft.
- Proven ability to run or support user research and usability testing, and apply insights to iterate quickly.
- Systems thinking: comfort working with design systems and contributing to scalable patterns and components.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering; able to anticipate technical constraints and align early with data/implementation realities.
- Comfortable designing for uncertainty and constraints (e.g., latency, permissions, incomplete data), with thoughtful states and progressive disclosure.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to present work, explain trade-offs, and influence outcomes.
- Proficiency with Figma (or equivalent) for prototyping and documentation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
