Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Your mission
Intigriti is expanding into the United States(!)—and we’re looking for our very first U.S.-based Enterprise Customer Success Manager to jump aboard the Intigriti rocket ship. We currently support customers like NVIDIA, Intel and Coca-Cola, empowering them to strengthen their security posture through cutting-edge crowdsourced security programs. You’ll be a key part of our journey as we scale our presence globally, driving our client and hacker centric approach.

As our inaugural US based ECSM, you’ll help shape the future of Customer Success in this region and serve as a trusted advisor to some of the most recognizable brands in the world. What you’ll be doing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive success plans for each enterprise client, aligning Intigriti's solutions with their specific security needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor program health metrics and provide regular strategic reviews with actionable insights to maximize the value clients receive from our platform.
  • Collaborate closely with enterprise clients to define KPIs and measure ROI, demonstrating the business impact of our bug bounty programs.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and work with the sales team to develop upsell strategies tailored to each enterprise client's cybersecurity roadmap.
  • Advocate for enterprise client needs within Intigriti, in close collaboration with the Product team.
  • Analyse program performance and design initiatives with support of the Engagement Manager.
  • Develop deep understanding of each client's industry-specific security challenges and compliance requirements.
  • Lead strategic quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with executive stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior CSMs and share best practices for enterprise account management.
What you’ll bring
Essential
  • 5+ years of customer success or account management experience with at least 3 years focused on enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic relationships with enterprise organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, vulnerability management, and security testing methodologies.
  • Experience with enterprise security programs, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.), and risk management.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value for C-level executives.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience managing complex implementation plans.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time to meet with strategic clients.
Preferred
  • Experience in bug bounty programs, penetration testing, or vulnerability management platforms.
  • Background in cybersecurity consulting or professional services.
  • Experience with enterprise security tools and technologies.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar security qualifications.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and customer success methodologies.
