QA Engineer

Your mission
As a Medior QA Engineer at Intigriti, you will take ownership of the quality of our Bug Bounty Platform. You will plan, execute, and maintain both automated and manual tests, including functional, non-functional, and load/performance testing. You will embed quality early in the development lifecycle (shift-left), ensuring software is robust, reliable, and meets customer expectations. 
 
You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, detect and reproduce defects, and drive continuous improvement in both the platform and QA processes. 
What you’ll be doing
Automated Testing
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and Postman for frontend and API testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, supporting early defect detection.
Functional & Non-Functional Testing
  • Plan and execute manual and automated tests for new features and regression releases.
  • Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and quality risks.
Performance & Load Testing
  • Design and maintain automated load/performance tests using tools like k6.
  • Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance under load.
Collaboration & Quality Advocacy
  • Work with agile teams to define acceptance criteria and validate feature readiness before releases.
  • Reproduce and troubleshoot defects; document findings clearly and follow up until resolution.
  • Raise awareness of quality risks, propose solutions, and proactively prevent defects.
Process Improvement & Mentorship
  • Contribute to QA process improvements (e.g., first-time-right principles, test-driven development).
  • Maintain test documentation and promote best practices within the team.
What you’ll bring
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (Playwright and Postman preferred).
  • Strong manual functional and non-functional testing skills.
  • Test coordination experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, YAML, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience with Git (version control).
  • Understanding of authentication flows (OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab) and Docker is a plus.
  • Awareness of web security vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, IDOR, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with load/performance testing tools (k6 or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Agile mindset, proactive communication, and ability to work independently.
