Your mission
At Intigriti, security and compliance are more than just checkboxes – they're the foundation of trust with our hackers, clients, partners and employees. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Governance Officer to help us uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance and risk management.

In this pivotal role, you will take initiatives to protect our data, strengthen governance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Procedures and documentation. Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring roles and responsibilities are allocated and known throughout the organization (e.g. Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Risk Management, …).
  • Compliance: Oversee compliance with security- and data protection standards and regulations, including by managing our certification programs and maintaining data registers, e.g. via our compliance platform and other documentation.
  • Training and awareness: Develop and execute information security and data protection awareness and training programs on a company level.
  • Risk assessment: Carry out and oversee data protection and information security risk assessments, including the execution of DPIA’s.
  • Audit governance: Organize and manage internal and external information security and data protection audits and management reviews.
  • Information sharing: Ensure information about our security and data protection initiatives and measures is known and available to relevant teams.
  • Improvement initiatives: Continuously identify areas of improvement and proactively propose corrective and mitigating action.
What you’ll bring
Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in the field of data protection and security, of which several years in a governance or compliance function (DPO certification is a plus);
  • Proven track record of developing information security and data protection policies, procedures and guidance, ideally in a scale-up or SME.
  • Adequate knowledge of laws and regulations in the field of cybersecurity and data protection (e.g. GDPR, NIS2, CRA).
