Your mission
As a Product Designer, you are part of the Intigriti Product team. In your day-to-day activities, you help us craft our next stage of evolution. The product designer directly impacts our brand expression and how we are seen by our hacker community, customers, & prospects.   
  
As our storyteller through design, you are comfortable in every stage of the design process - from running discovery activities, wireframing and prototyping all the way through to delivering unique high-fidelity designs.   
  
You are skilled in translating business complexity into intuitive user interfaces and work well with senior stakeholders. You are prepared to demonstrate your designs and challenge them with end-users, product specialists and engineers to ensure that your ideas are realized.   
  
You appreciate an open and constructive feedback culture, and you foster a healthy opinion on our current technologies/methodologies. You love to explore new options for continuous improvement.   
 
You take pride in crafting exceptional user experiences. You enjoy creating solutions that not only delight users but also simplify complexity in a meaningful and elegant way.
What you’ll be doing
  • Contribute expertise and collaborate with other team members to get to the heart of what our users need and translate them into meaningful designs.
  • Design practice and thnking.
  • Work with the Product Manager within your focus and product area.
  • Collaborate with other product designer and engineering team.
  • To understand the Product and Design visions and direction ensuring consistency and quality of design flows.
  • Collaborate and support your team throughout the entire product development lifecycle.  
  • Participate in the discovery process to gather insights and brainstorm design solutions. 
  • Support in the creation of style standards and ensure design consistency.
  • Contribute to the development of our design system.
  • Create sketches, concepts, user journeys, wireframes, and navigational prototypes to validate ideas.  
  • Help define and clarify the problem by questioning assumptions, exploring different solutions, and aligning on the purpose, principles, and vision.
  • Operate a consistent market watch to stay current with the latest design trends and their potential impact on Intigriti.  
  • Identify and troubleshoot usability problems. 
What you’ll bring
  • Proven ability to design products in a fast-scaling SaaS environment and effectively communicate design decisions to executive management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a product designer (from discovery to delivery, from UX to UI).  
  • A portfolio featuring examples of product design work.
  • Proven experience working in a team composed of multiple product designers.  
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills - the ability to communicate the reasoning behind your concepts, methods, and approaches to varied audiences.
  • Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools.
  • A love for problem-solving and to be challenged.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
