Your mission
We are looking for a dynamic People Business partner who acts as a trusted advisor to our management & leadership team to join the team. Your focus is on coaching and supporting our managers with the aim to help them nurture their team’s development and ambitions, aligned with company objectives.  
  
As our People Business Partner, you are part of the People & Talent team at Intigriti. Together with the team, you are supporting the implementation of the team's mission and strategy throughout the entire business.  
  
You will have a proven track record of People Business Partnering in a fast-paced changing environment, driving excellence across the business. You have significant experience in driving the adoption of the people strategy across the business, acting with discretion as a liaison between teams and management.  
What you’ll be doing
Organizational Development People Support 
  • Fostering the continuous process of improving both the individuals within the organization and the organization as a whole. It's an essential part of Intigriti’s strategy for staying competitive, innovative, and adaptable to changes in the business environment.  
Management & Leadership Support 
  • Focus on helping managers and leaders within Intigriti to be more effective in their roles. Provide them with tools, resources, and strategies for better team management. 
  • Bridging management and employee relations, using employment law knowledge, by navigating complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy or other issues. 
Internal Employer Branding 
  • Cultivating and promoting a positive and attractive employer image, values, and culture to attract, engage and retain top talent in a competitive job market. 
Employee Life Cycle Experience Partner 
  • Optimizing and enhancing the entire journey of our team members from onboarding to offboarding. The goal of this role is to ensure that the team member's experience is seamless, engaging, and fulfilling throughout all stages of their employment. 
Learning & development 
  • Creating and implementing strategies to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance through training, professional development programs, and continuous learning opportunities.  
Policy & Project Management and Internal Communication 
  • Ensure smooth operations, alignment with strategic goals, and a well-informed workforce. 
Performance & Reward Strategy 
  • Provide first-line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Belgian and UK law (preferable).
  • Experience with Soft & Hard HR.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a scale-up environment is a plus. 
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees, and to influence and drive change. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proven advisory and coaching skills with high emotional intelligence.
