Your mission
We are hiring a brand new role at Intigriti, Engagement Manager! You will be part of the Engagement team reporting into our Chief Hacker Officer.

The Engagement team serves as an internal marketing agency to boost individual account and program performance, while taking care of the SWAG that we manage for our customers. As Engagement Manager, your main internal customer is the Customer Success team, as they will identify what strategic programs and accounts need for maximum hacker engagement on their scope. You will then transform these needs into stellar and extraordinary campaigns and events; and partner with other internal teams to make out those of band requests happen. 
What you’ll be doing
  • Pick up the glove and turn underperforming programs into value delivering diamonds through solid marketing, campaigning and optimization.
  • Run the managed customer SWAG stores.
  • Run our live hacking events.
  • Deliver top notch branding for our customer bug bounty programs.
  • Design and run custom engagement campaigns to boost hacker activity to the maximum.
  • Co-design and act as owner of our hacker invite policies.
What you’ll bring
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving 

    • The Engagement Manager must be able to anticipate customer and hacker needs, design effective campaigns and events, and use analytics to measure and optimize their performance. As the Engagement manager will have overall responsibility for these initiatives, a sound problem-solving mindset will be crucial to get the job done. 

  • Project and program management 

    • Managing multiple campaigns, coordinating with internal and customer teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery are key responsibilities for this role. 

  • Creativity and innovation 

    • Crucial for the role is to develop unique, impactful campaigns and events that exceed expectations. As the go-to person for their creation, you get energy from combining project and product restraints with out-of-the-box thinking to deliver results. 

  • Situational leadership, communication and interpersonal skills 

    • The role demands strong teamwork and the ability to inspire and align others toward engagement goals.  
      Strong collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and storytelling skills are essential, along with confident presentation abilities. 

  • Marketing and branding expertise is a plus 

    • Expertise in marketing and brand management is a big plus. 

  • Technical and bug bounty proficiency 

    • A deep understanding of customer and hacker needs in the bug bounty community are key, as well as the ability to create audience-focused campaigns and engaging brands.
